Your account

Delete your account

You can remove your account yourself, from inside the app. Here is where to find it.

  1. 01Open the MangoAccess app on your phone.
  2. 02Go to Profile — it's in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. 03Tap Edit profile.
  4. 04Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  5. 05Confirm when prompted. Your account is removed straight away.

This cannot be undone

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, membership details and entry history. Your QR code stops working, so you will no longer be able to enter the gym. An active membership is not refunded automatically — speak to your gym first if you have time left on one.
